Parmi les sept thèmes de formation définis par ICN, le projet choisi pour Près du Rêve Ras Dashan est "Blanchisserie, Nettoyage, Repassage". Pourquoi ce choix ? TROIS raisons principales : 1. Cette activité correspond à un réel besoin économique en Ethiopie, et notamment à Addis Abeba. De nombreux hôtels et autres chambres d'hôtes y sont implantés pour accueillir les touristes. De plus, il y a beaucoup d'internationaux qui habitent dans la capitale, lieu de prédilection pour de grandes ONG et institutions. 2. L'activité est plus commode pour les femmes avec enfants, étant donné qu'elles l'exerceront de journée (contrairement à gérer une échope de café qui se fait plutôt le soir) - et peut-être de la maison 3. C'est l'opportunité pour ICN de démarrer un 5ème thème.		Amongst the seven training schemes defined by ICN, the project picked for Près du Rêve Ras Dashan is Laundry, Cleaning, Ironing. Why this choice? THREE main reasons: 1. This activity meets a real economical need in Ethiopia, especially in Addis Abeba. Many hotels and B&B are implemented there to welcome the tourists. There are also many expat's there, who work in the numerous big international NGOs and institutions. 2. This activity is more convenient to women with children, given they can work at day - and not at night like Barista - and potentially from home 3. This is an opportunity for ICN to start a fifth scheme
Contenu de la formation Les femmes apprendront à utiliser une machine à laver, identifier les détergents à utiliser, sécher et  repasser, et enfin plier les vêtements correctement.		Content of the Training The women will learn how to use a washing machine, identify the detergents to be used, dry & iron, and finally fold the clothes properly.
Objectif de la formation Grâce à une certification reconnue, permettre aux participantes de travailler dans une résidence privée et/ou, si possible, démarrer leur propre affaire depuis chez elle avec leur propre machine à laver.		Objective of the training Make, with an acknowledged certification, the attending women in this scheme able to work in privare house and then, if possible, build their own business at home with their own washing machine.
Échéancier de la formation		Timing of the training
La toute première session durera 2 à 3 mois. Elle démarrera début Mars, car Ayni et son équipe ont besoinm pour le mettre en place, de fonds pour acheter des machines et les fournitures. Etant donné que la campagne de fundraising se termine à fin janvier 2018, ICN utilisera les fonds pour cet atelier, pour lequel un local a été dédié.		The very first training session will last 2 or 3 months. It will start early March, for Ayni and her team need funds to buy machines and material to implement it. Given that our fundraising campaign ends at the end of January 2018, ICN will use the funds for that purpose, which a specific room has been designated for.

Si nous atteignons notre objectif de 4550€, voici comment votre argent sera utilisé: - Acheter des machines à laver et repasser industrielles - Donner un pécule quotidien aux participantes pour qu'elles puissent vivre en se formant - Payer l'instructeur (salaire) - Acheter toutes les fournitures nécessaires (savon, lessive, etc.)		With the hope to reach our objective of 4550€, here is how your money will be used: - Buy washing and ironing “ Industrial Machines “ - Provide daily funds for the trainees women so that they can live while getting trained - Pay the instructor (salary) - Purchase all commodites needed (soap, detergent & etc)
Au cas où notre objectif est dépassé - ce qui serait fantastique - Ayni utilisera l'argent pour: - assurer l'organisation d'une prochaine session pour 10 femmes - aider nos protégées à acheter leur machine à laver pour qu'elles démarrent leur affaires.		In case you overreach our objective - which would be fantastic! - Ayni will use the money: - to ensure the class for the other trainees of this session of ten women - to help /support the buying of personal machine for their owned purpose & business for the 2 women we will follow.

Genet Berhanu		Genet Berhanu
Genet est maman de deux enfants. Elle a 26 ans et élève ses enfants seule. Elle a suivi la formation de gestion d'échope à café l'an dernier. Elle a obtenu une certification mais elle n'a pas pu avancer dans cette activité, car elle ne peut pas laisser ses enfants seuls à la maison le soir et qu'elle n'a trouvé personne pour s'en occuper. Pour l'instant, son job est de récupérer les objets abîmés et nettoyer les rues des détritus. Mais ce travail est très pénible pour une femme. Son rêve avec cette formation : développer cette activité depuis chez elle pour gagner de l'argent et rester auprès de ses enfants.		Genet is a mother of two children and 26 years of old and raising her children alone. She took training of Barista management last year and at the end of the training she took certificate from I Care for the Nation but she don’t get opportunity to work with this training because for her kids there is no one to keep them in the evening time while she is working in the café and restaurant. she is working on the street in cleaning & collecting waste materials from street to garbege & get money on monthly bases. But this work is very heavy for women. If she is trained in cloth washing machine, she will succeed and at the same time she can have a potential to take care of her children.
Ayelech Kedir		Ayelech Kedir
Ayelech est maman de deux enfants et vit avec son mari. Elle aussi a suivi la formation de gestion d'échope à café l'an dernier. Elle aussi, elle a obtenu son certificat. Ces 6 derniers mois elle a été malade à cause de la charge de travail. Pour elle, cette formation lui permettra de gagner sa vie et faire vivre sa famille. Tout comme Genet, son bonheur serait de démarrer sa propre activité.		Ayelech is a mother of two children and living with her husband. She took a training of Baresta management last year as Genet did. At the end of the training she was took certificate from I Care for the Nation. On the last 6 months she was sick because of the work load. if she get this training called cloth washing and cleaning, she can be some one who can help her children and her self.  Due to her strong effort, she will she succeed for her own business
